Community Education

We offer a linguistically and culturally appropriate, and person-centered RESPITE program!

In collaboration with the Lucky Shoals Community Association, CRC provides a respite program for people living with dementia and their (family) caregivers.

We are currently providing the underserved residents in Gwinnett County and specifically working with Chinese and Korean communities (2024).  We will be expanding the program in 2025 to serve other language/ethnic communities (Vietnamese, Hispanic, etc.)

Our aim and commitment is to serve the underserved communities of immigrants, LEP (Limited English Proficiency) populations, and low-income families across county lines by providing comprehensive, person-centered, and culturally appropriate programs for participants living with dementia, their (family) caregivers, and communities.

Please, use the flyers to apply or for further info or questions.

If you’re a caregiver of a person living with dementia, please, feel free to participate in the Alzheimer’s Association survey.  The survey is in several languages: English, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Russian.  Chinese survey will be included soon.

(You do NOT need to participate in the CRC respite program to participate in the survey.)
