The BRAVE Study

Building community, Raising All immigrant Voices for health Equity

The BRAVE study is a national NIH-funded research on Asian immigrant women’s sexual and reproductive health (SRH).  The UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and CRC completed the Life History Interviews.  The next phase of a National Survey is underway with two inspirational community-based organizations, OCA (Houston, TX) and Womankind (NYC, NY).     

The Status of Aging in Asian America.
Do you self-identify as an Asian American?
Are you at least 50 years old?
Do you currently reside in Georgia?
If your answer is YES to all three questions, you are qualified to participate in the survey.

The Status of Aging in Asian America is a study to explore various aspects of (im)migration, health (physical, mental and spiritual), retirement, and access to resources that may enhance the quality of life.
